Lovely team at SW beans always happy to help with any questions about machine or coffee. We have built a great working relationship with them quickly. On the odd occasion we have needed help with our machine they have been there in a flash. The drinks themselves are delicious and we have been selling twice as many since we moved to them. Our customers are often asking where our coffee is from. Prices are set and only ever been one small increase on a product in 2 years which we were notified before hand. Our machine is so easy to use, i trained my staff in ten mins to use and clean it, it looks great and SW Beans  even modified it to have our logo and name showing. Overall we are really pleased with SW Beans and so glad we made the leap over to them!

The machine is so easy to use and maintain, and the products are brilliant. We have many compliments on the coffee, and the hot chocolate is a run away success. We have used SW Beans Ltd for a while now, they have always looked after us either on the phone or in person. We have just upgraded our machine to a new bean to cup fresh milk machine, Craig has worked hard doing the images and setting up the drinks, he also went out of his way and re plumbed all our machines due to our refit.
